Situated on 100 acre's adjacent to the beautiful Mary River, the historic Kenilworth Homestead is located approximately one and a half hours drive from Brisbane on the Eumundi-Kenilworth Road. The township of Kenilworth is close by only 1.5km away. Popular as a family destination, Kenilworth Homestead provides superb camping grounds for tent and camper trailers with excellent facilities including shower and toilet amenities, camp fires, firewood, powered sites, ice and some limited supplies. The site also caters for large groups and school camps. Bookings are only required for the eight powered sites with camping available during school term from 1pm Fridays to 9am Mondays. Camping is also available during all school holidays. Popular activities at the homestead include horse trail rides, swimming, canoeing and fishing on the Mary River. Dogs are welcome.
